Method 1: Email

Collect information and observations pertaining to the issue so you can convey to InspectionLogic specifically what your needs are. Use the Windows “print screen” function to capture screen shots and paste them into an eMail or Word document.
Send the information via e-mail to:
support@inspectionlogic.com. State the urgency of the issue and the reason. Include your telephone number so we can call you back.
Your e-mail will automatically be sent to every one of our support technicians.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our support technicians will get your e-mails on their cell phone, even when they are away from the office, even when they're sleeping. E-mail is your best choice.
Method 2: Call
For issues of the highest urgency, follow up the e-mail with a telephone call to Tech Support personnel.
